Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream

An easy recipe to make your own Bailey's Irish Cream!

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups Irish Whiskey Jameson
  • 1 cup half and half or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree on high speed for 30 seconds.
  • Transfer mixture to a glass jar (or any other airtight container) with a tight-fitting lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. Shake well before using.
