This drink has become my new favorite.  We had some left over Vanilla Vodka (I know, how does that happen) and needed to find a new way to use it… thus the Cuban Missile Crisis.  It tastes a lot like fall with the RumChata, but it is still light and refreshing.

Combine:

1 part RumChata

1 part Vanilla Vodka

1 part Kahula

Shake over ice and pour into shot glass.
