Apple Pie Drink with Everclear
Yummy flavors of Fall!
Servings 6 quarts
Ingredients
- 1 bottle high-proof grain alcohol or 190 proof Everclear or high proof vodka
- 1 cup Captain Morgan Spiced Rum - 2 cups taste even bettter
- 1 gallon Apple Cider
- 1 quart Apple Juice
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 10 cinnamon sticks
Instructions
- Bring cider, juice and sugars to a mild simmer in a large pot. Gently stir until sugars dissolve
- Cool to room temperature and then add the alcohol. Store in mason jars in a cool dry place.
