This recipe can use either a pork tenderloin or pork chops. I used boneless pork tenderloin chops – they were just the right size!
Most of the ingredients for this you should have in your pantry.

Ingredients all ready for slow cooked pork
Lightly salt and pepper your chops.
Combine the soy sauce, yellow mustard, maple syrup, olive oil and garlic powder into a bowl.
Slice the onion into large pieces.
Add the pork to a slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top. Add the onions to the top.
Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours.

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Small onion sliced into large pieces
