This pie is amazing and takes no time at all to put together.
Slice the bananas and place the slices into the bottom of a chocolate graham cracker crust.
In a bowl, with an electric mixture on medium speed, cream cheeses, sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
Fold in the whipped topping.
Spread the mixture over the bananas and smooth the top. If you don’t smooth the top or create a peaked top, the caramel sauce will run off and make a sticky mess (voice of experience here)
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.
Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
Ingredients:
2 large bananas; sliced
1 prepared chocolate graham cracker crust
1/4 cup tub style cream cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese; room temperature
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar (I have used the no-calorie sweetener sucralose)
1 tup whipped topping; thawed
2 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping sauce
