My new favorite liquor is RumChata.  Basically it is a creamed Rum which has a slight hint of cinnamon.  It’s smooth, rich and refreshing.

This is a nice cocktail to mix and enjoy on a hot afternoon or a cool evening while watching the stars … it really is that versatile.

Step 1:

Combine:

1 ounce RumChata

1 ounce Malibu Rum

2 ounces Root Beer

Pour over ice or serve as a single shot.
