I crave these more times than I should admit …. but, when you crave peanut butter and chocolate, go ahead and give into it.  For this quick and easy option, I use the peanut butter cookie mix.

Step 1:

Make peanut butter cookie dough according to directions on package.

Step 2:

Create balls of dough, tablespoon size, and roll into sugar.

Step 3:

Place onto cookie sheet; press lightly with a fork, using a criss-cross pattern.

Step 4:

Bake according to package directions.  Upon removing from the oven, place a chocolate kiss on top.  The heat from the cookie will melt the kiss slightly.

1 package peanut butter cookie dough mix  – and ingredients listed on the package.
